Yoga means union; the union of mind, body and spirit with the ultimate Good. It is a way to learn to relax in this stress filled world and for others
a way of keeping healthy and mobile. Yoga practice improves self awareness and powers of concentration for prayer or study.
The Caring Group runs a weekly Yoga class as it is especially important to look after your health and
wellbeing in order to have the energy to care for others. We meet at 2.00pm for Chair Yoga and 3.30pm for Yoga each Wednesday and would love to see you there.
