                               Church Service Times – 10:30AM - SUNDAYS

All are welcome to join us for worship at Moncreiff and we are pleased you are checking us out! It is a warm welcome for all ages and for all walks of life and no dress code.  Some of us are long-time Christians, others are brand-new and some of us are still figuring out if God, church, faith is something we want/believe in.  None of us think we have all the answers.  And we come from a mix of churches and backgrounds.  We are liberal in our welcome, orthodox in our beliefs, with the underlying premise that God loves us despite everything we are or do.  

The worship services including mix of classics and more contemporary songs which we often stand to sing (but you don’t have to), the Lord’s Prayer (words on the screen),  bible readings, prayers and reflection (sermon).  We encourage participation but no pressure and in future there will be further opportunities for worship outside Sunday mornings. Young people from toddler to teenagers participate in Faithbuilders with a great team of leaders. And children are always welcome.  If bringing little ones do bring toys they like to play with, and if they move around during the service that is fine too – as long as they are safe. 

The service is pre-recorded as well and available on YouTube (9am Sundays), Facebook (10:30am Sundays), telephone for those not on the internet (01355681230), and now Podcasts (RevSarahShares) for bible reading and reflection only.  As yet we are not set up for live-streaming but it is in development. 

It is flexible seating so you can adjust or choose a quieter part of the Church to sit if you need more space.  Masks are not required and most don’t use them but some wear masks so do choose what is right for you.  Hand gel is available throughout the building and cleaning is still a priority. 

And at the end of the service you are more than welcome to stay for tea/coffee/juice and biscuits.  It is a great opportunity to meet folks and get more involved.  But if you need to head off we understand.  We’re just glad you stopped by and we pray you and God were blessed!
